How do I track an order I placed after clicking a deal on PetPrices?▾

Because all purchases take place directly on third-party retailer websites (such as Pets at Home, Zooplus, or Jollyes), your order confirmation and courier tracking information will be sent directly by that store. Please check the email account you used during purchase or log in to the retailer's website.

How do I report an incorrect price or out-of-stock item?▾

If you notice a price discrepancy or an expired deal, please use the contact form above or email us at support@petprices.co.uk with the product name and store link. Our data verification system will review and update the feed promptly.

Can UK pet retailers or brands get listed on PetPrices?▾

Yes. We are always happy to connect with reputable UK pet supplies merchants. Retailers must have a transparent delivery policy and UK stock fulfillment. Contact us via support@petprices.co.uk with 'Retailer Integration' in the subject line.
